Joshua Rivera

Joshua Rivera serves as a Senior People Development Partner at ZipRecruiter, where notable achievements include redesigning the New Hire Orientation program for a hybrid workforce, creating a Sales Playbook for Enterprise Sales Teams that significantly decreased onboarding timelines, and delivering workshops on buyer psychology to enhance employee capabilities. Previously, Joshua held various educational roles, including People Development Partner at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business, where collaboration with subject matter experts led to the development of award-winning online graduate programs.
