Monika Shah has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Monika currently serves as the SVP, Head of Marketing at ZipRecruiter, where they lead the marketing team and acquires SMBs, job seekers, and enterprise customers. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at ZipRecruiter, including SVP, Head of Marketing, BD, and Partnerships, and VP of Marketing and Strategic Partnerships. Monika also worked as the VP of Marketing and Strategy at Million Dollar Baby Co., where they led a team and contributed to the company's revenue growth. Monika began their career at Bain & Company as a Consultant and later worked at Warby Parker and Acumen in operations, business development, and portfolio management roles.

Monika Shah has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley. Monika then pursued an MBA degree from The Wharton School.
