Rexford Darko currently serves as an Advisor to the CEO at Ziroh Labs, a company specializing in encryption software powered by a patented fully-homomorphic encryption engine, with the consumer app Zunu launched in July 2023. Prior to this role, Rexford Darko was the Managing Director of the Ocran-Darko Family Office and held the same position at BDCA Adviser LLC, managing $2 billion in technology and alternative assets. Additionally, Rexford Darko was the Managing Director at Keating Capital, leading origination and portfolio management for a Nasdaq-listed venture fund, and founded Griffen-Rose, LLC, focusing on equity research for microcap stocks. Earlier professional experience includes a Senior Associate role at Prospect Capital Management. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Columbia Business School, a Master of Laws from UCL, and a Bachelor of Laws from King's College London, along with an Associateship in Theology.
