Cristian Spissack

Cristian Spissack is an experienced engineering manager currently leading the Frontend department at Zitec since January 2023, focusing on the React/Next.js stack. Prior to this role, Cristian served at Deloitte Digital Romania from October 2016 to January 2023 as an Engineering Manager and Service Offering Lead, where responsibilities included building and managing engineering teams for European client projects, utilizing a metric-based Kanban approach for project management. Cristian also held the position of Senior Software Development Engineer at Deutsche Bank from June 2015 to October 2016, leading the development of a compliance platform and providing mentorship. Earlier experience includes a role as a Software Engineer at Misys Financial Software, contributing to backend development in Java, and as an iOS Developer at NewRoSoft, where Cristian developed applications and games. Cristian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Bucharest and a High School Diploma in Computer Science from "Tudor Vianu" High School.
