Cathy Rubinstein

Cathy Rubinstein is a seasoned Program Manager with extensive experience in engineering and program management across prominent defense firms. Currently serving at Zivaro as a Program Manager since April 2023, Cathy previously held the position of Deputy Program Manager and Lead Program Engineer at Raytheon Technologies from November 2020 to April 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing engineering execution for a large command and control system. Prior to that, Cathy worked at Raytheon from September 2016 to April 2023, taking on roles such as Delivery Order Lead, and had a significant tenure at Lockheed Martin from 2006 to 2016, where roles included Release Manager and Reliability/Maintainability/Availability Engineer. Cathy Rubinstein holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics/Engineering Physics from the Colorado School of Mines.
