Henry Wen has extensive experience in the food industry, specifically in quality assurance and food safety. Henry currently works as a Quality Assurance Lead at ZIWI since July 2023. Prior to this, they held positions at The Kraft Heinz Company where they worked as a Food Safety & Quality Team Leader from May 2021 to July 2023 and as a Quality Assurance Technician from December 2018 to April 2021. Before joining The Kraft Heinz Company, Henry worked as a Laboratory Technician at AsureQuality from September 2018 to December 2018.
Henry Wen completed their Bachelor's degree in Food Quality and Safety from Huazhong Agricultural University from 2012-2016. From 2017-2018, they attended The University of Auckland for Food Science studies. In terms of additional certifications, Henry has obtained the Advanced HACCP certification from AsureQuality. Henry has also completed training sessions such as the Certificate of Pest Awareness Training Session and the EHEDG Advanced Course on Hygienic Design. Furthermore, they have acquired certifications in Introductory Auditing Skills and Introductory Food HACCP from AsureQuality. Lastly, Henry has obtained the certification for Supervisors of Low Acid Canned Food (LACF) Thermal Processing Systems from Xinxiang Medical University.
