Johan Ryman is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the esports and entertainment industries. As the Founder and CEO of Znipe Esports since 2016, Ryman has focused on transforming how fans engage with esports through a skilled team with diverse backgrounds. In addition, Ryman has been a Partner at BIGSTAGE, which specializes in event organization and artist bookings, since 2012. Previous roles include CDN Professional at TeliaSonera, where Ryman contributed to the development of the region's modern Content Delivery Network, and Business Development Director for APAC/SA at Octoshape, overseeing market expansion in Asia and South America. Additionally, Ryman founded New Stream Media Group, introducing the first live online streaming solution for gaming, and served as a consultant for QPAD Pro Gaming Gear while having a background as a professional Counter-Strike player with NIP/Team9/Adrenaline.
