Riccardo Alessio Sozzi is an experienced professional in the field of research and development, currently serving as Development and Industrialization Program Manager and Project Manager at Zobele since April 2016. Prior to this role, Riccardo held positions at RB from May 2013 to April 2016, including Global Senior R&D Associate leading the Waxes platform for Veet and Global R&D Associate managing Air Wick technical projects. Additionally, Riccardo worked at Unilever from June 2010 to May 2013 as Global R&D Assistant Manager, overseeing product development for household cleaning brands like Domestos and Cif. Riccardo began the career as a Ph.D. student and junior researcher at the University of Parma, where a scientific research project focused on the sustainability of agriculture, following completion of a Master's degree in Industrial Biotechnologies and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnologies from the same institution.
