Kelsey Needel

Kelsey Needel is an accomplished marketing professional with significant experience in leadership roles, currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer of Wayfair Canada since October 2018. Kelsey has progressed through various marketing positions at Wayfair, including Associate Director of Marketing and Senior Marketing Manager, and previously held the role of Senior Manager in Strategic Finance and Business Planning. Prior experience includes serving as Chief of Staff to the CMO at Nordstrom, where Kelsey was also a Senior Program Manager for Loyalty & Customer Retention, and participating in the MBA Leadership Rotational Program. Earlier career experiences include Chief of Staff to the CEO at Rapid7, Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, and research assistant roles at The Earth Institute at Columbia University and The Aspen Institute. Kelsey holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, a Master's degree from Columbia University, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Environmental Studies from Bowdoin College, along with a study abroad program at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
