Penelope Rose

Penelope Rose is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development, engagement, and human resources. At Zoetis from October 2021 to July 2025, Penelope held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Global Talent Development & Engagement and Head of Global Leadership Development, focusing on oral communication and psychological safety among other skills. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Talent, Inclusion & Engagement, and as a Human Resources Consultant at Holland Hospital, where responsibilities included employee relations and leadership development. Additionally, Penelope worked at Michigan Awesome as Manager of Communications & Customer Relations and served as a Human Resources Generalist at Perrigo, overseeing significant HR integration and employee management tasks.
