Shelley Spicher

Shelley Spicher currently serves as a Telehealth Clinical Technician at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since December 2022 and has been a Patient Service Representative at ZOLL Medical Corporation since March 2020. Previously, Shelley held the position of Contact Tracer Supervisor at Public Consulting Group from September 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included supervising a team of 15 contact tracers and providing coaching and support. Prior experience includes teaching English as a Second Language to Chinese students through Qkids from August 2019 to August 2021 and serving as the Director of Rehabilitation Services at Penn Highlands Healthcare for over 22 years, beginning in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation. Shelley Spicher earned a Master’s degree in Exercise Science from Slippery Rock University between 1990 and 1996.
