Rhea Patton PMP, CSM is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in eCommerce and web development. Currently serving as Principal Program Manager and Scrum Master at Zonar Systems since July 2017, Rhea leads the eCommerce program and contributes to Continental's eCommerce initiatives. Previously, Rhea worked at Microsoft from August 2005 to February 2017, managing diverse projects related to content and web development across multiple locales. Rhea's career also includes roles at POP as Senior Account Director, The Cobalt Group as Project Manager 2, and Walt Disney Corporation as Producer/Editor, where Rhea directed teams to deliver innovative web solutions for high-profile clients and projects. Rhea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Studio Art from Florida State University.
