Mariam Adegoroye

Mariam Adegoroye is an experienced recruitment and talent management professional currently serving as the Manager of Recruitments & Learning Projects at Jiji.ng, where responsibilities include building the sales workforce and leading learning and development initiatives for Cars45. Previous roles include Product Owner at Tamborin, where Mariam led the re-launch into the US and Canadian markets, and various positions at Qore, including Talent Management and Recruitment Business Partner. Mariam has also contributed to recruitment strategy consulting for the Mastercard Foundation’s Young Africa Works Project and has significant experience at West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE) in recruitment, skills validation, and team leadership. Mariam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology from Lagos State University and is pursuing an MBA at the University of East London.
