Caitlin Berrigan is an accomplished Flight Controls Engineer with a robust background in aerospace engineering, holding a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor of Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Currently employed at Zone 5 Technologies since August 2024, Berrigan previously held positions at Elroy Air and Bell Flight, where responsibilities included leading system identification efforts and developing flight test plans. Experience also includes working at Textron Aviation, focusing on high lift systems and safety documents, as well as internships with Sikorsky and Tenneco, where involvement ranged from handling qualities research to program engineering tasks.

Zone 5 Technologies (Zone 5) is a UAS and technology development company founded in 2011 and headquartered in San Luis Obispo, CA. To date, the company’s focus has been the development and testing of innovative unmanned aircraft systems for demanding government applications.
