Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership and budget management skills.
Marshall Judges holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Biology from Towson University. Marshall later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Loyola University Maryland.
