Daniel Choi

Daniel Choi is a System Engineer at Zoox since December 2024, bringing extensive experience in robotics and systems engineering. Previously, Daniel served as Systems and Product Lead at Electric Sheep Robotics, where responsibilities included leading hardware system architecture, safety certification, and electrical systems. Prior roles at Clearpath Inc. encompassed software development for vehicle platforms, test automation, and electrical engineering tasks, contributing to projects focused on autonomous robotics. Daniel's earlier experience includes display hardware engineering at North and co-founding Penta Medical, Inc., where oversight of technology development was a key focus. Daniel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
