Ben Wilder

Ben Wilder is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and technical operations. Currently serving as the Head of Software Engineering at Zopa Bank since December 2023, Ben is responsible for overseeing technology and engineering teams for new product initiatives. Previously, Ben held the position of CTO at ShowCode, where the focus was on fostering a global coding community through engaging competitions and collaboration. Additional roles include serving as Advisor and CTO at Ctrlio, utilizing data science and machine learning in the insurance sector, and co-founding VoiceNotes, a leading call reporting service in the financial industry. With significant leadership experience across various technical roles, including VP Engineering at Ensighten and Global Head of Technical Services at TagMan, Ben has consistently driven innovation and improved operational efficiencies within organizations. Ben holds a BSc (Hons) in Biology from the University of Bristol.
