Currently leading ZORBA, Thomas successfully established a new office in the Americas, surpassing revenue objectives by 70% in the first year and growing the team significantly. Previous roles include Creative Strategy Director and Senior Creative Strategist, where Thomas played a crucial role in leading digital campaigns for prominent brands such as Colgate, L'Oréal, Unilever, and Johnson & Johnson. Thomas holds a Master's degree in Digital Marketing and E-Business from INSEEC Business School, along with a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Malta. Recognized for building high-performing teams, Thomas was instrumental in winning the Silver Boutique Agency of the Year Award in 2022.
