Zorgwaard
Lisanne Wervers is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an HR-adviseur at Zorgwaard since January 2022, responsibilities include employee onboarding and offboarding, HR and benefits administration, payroll preparation, absence monitoring, recruitment, and providing day-to-day HR guidance to management and employees. Prior roles include HR Business Partner at Constructif and HR Advisor at Transcend Information, where Lisanne managed similar HR functions and served as a primary point of contact for HR issues. Previously, Lisanne gained experience as a Consulent at The Knowledge and completed a trainee program focused on training and organizational planning. An academic background includes a Master of Science in Human Resource Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Personnel Sciences from Tilburg University.
