Marcus Heidbrink

Marcus Heidbrink is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and consultancy. As Co-Founder and Vorstand at Zortify since September 2018, Marcus has played a pivotal role in the organization's strategic direction. Previously, as Co-Founder and Partner at HPO Research & Consulting PartG from June 2010 to December 2021, Marcus specialized in consulting for high-performance teams, organizational culture, and leadership. Additionally, from February 2017 to June 2020, Marcus was Co-Founder and Geschäftsführer at Cachai GmbH, focusing on the import of maqui berries and Chilean guava from small farmers in Patagonia to Europe. Academically, Marcus has held various teaching positions across several institutions, including serving as a steady member of faculty at the University of St.Gallen and a guest researcher at the University of Münster. Marcus earned a Dr. Phil in Psychology from the University of Münster, further enhancing expertise in business, management, and organizational culture.
