Sophia Karlsson

Sophia Karlsson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and human experience consulting. Currently serving as a Business Development & HXM Consultant at Zortify since January 2023, Sophia focuses on customized training solutions aimed at enhancing team and leadership growth. Additionally, Sophia operates a personal enterprise, Sophia Karlsson People Development, and serves as a Business Coach with Sharpist, a learning and development platform.
