Niki Shabrokh

Niki Shabrokh is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Recruiter at ZPE Systems since March 2022, Niki previously held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at APCT and Office Manager/Partner at Kapa Auto Body Parts. Niki's extensive experience includes managing the recruitment processes for various positions at Protein Design Labs, Inc. and serving as an Associate Recruiter at Sony Electronics, where skills in negotiation, job fair organization, and compliance with immigration policies were developed. Niki holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Cal State East Bay and a BS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Purdue University, complemented by a study abroad program at Essex University.
