Sidnei Lanser is a QA Tech Lead at ZPE Systems since October 2021, previously holding the position of QA Engineer. Prior experience includes serving as an Automation Test Analyst at T-Systems do Brasil from April 2015 to October 2021, where responsibilities included running, analyzing, and developing automated tests for Daimler AG's Master Data Sales tool, as well as participating in client meetings in English and German. Additional roles at T-Systems involved providing second-level technical IT support within a 24/7 team and training new colleagues. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from FURB, a degree in German from ICBA, and an industrial apprenticeship in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from SENAI/SC. Proficient in technologies such as UFT, Visual Basic, ALM, Confluence, and JIRA.
