Dan Searby is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of retained search experience, currently serving as Managing Director for the Consumer and Private Equity Practices at ZRG Partners, LLC since December 2020. Searby's expertise is centered on the hospitality, multi-unit consumer services, franchising, consumer packaged goods, and foodservice manufacturing sectors, with a strong focus on C-Suite recruitment, particularly within the restaurant industry.
