Heather Burns

Heather Burns is Senior Vice President of Toft Group, working with top life science and healthcare companies in San Diego and the San Francisco Bay Area. She brings more than a decade of experience placing executives across many functional areas, including general management, sales and marketing, R&D, human resources, clinical, quality and regulatory affairs.

Heather joined Sanford Rose Associates – San Francisco in 2007, building on a life science recruiting focus that she began honing earlier in her search career. Previously, she served as senior recruiter for executive search and coaching form Ratliff & Taylor, and before that, as a clinical research recruiter focused on technical and scientific professionals for major clients such as Pfizer, Abbott Labs, Ethicon Endo-Surgery and Procter & Gamble.
