Felicity Toon

Felicity Toon is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as Director - Regional HR Lead for Europe at ZS since March 2004. In this role, Felicity oversees HR operations for 500 FTEs across nine European offices, leading a team of 25 HR professionals and managing diverse HR functions including recruitment, performance management, compensation, learning and development, and employee relations. Felicity holds a degree in History from the University of the West of England.
