Sanju Varma

Sanju Varma is a seasoned product designer and entrepreneur with extensive experience in leading design initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as Principal Product Designer at Zūm, Sanju is at the forefront of innovating student transportation management. Prior to this, significant milestones include roles at Tesla as Staff Product Designer, where Sanju oversaw the design of a $6B B2B product; and at Cisco, managing a team of designers to enhance software defined networking products. Founding It's Raining Ideas resulted in a rapid company growth to a $2M valuation. Sanju's design leadership has also extended to Adobe, PubMatic, Web.com, and Hearst, emphasizing user-centric innovations and strategy. Educational achievements include degrees from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, DePaul University, and the University of Mumbai, underscoring a strong foundation in entrepreneurship, computer science, and engineering.
