Michael Vonlanthen

Michael Vonlanthen is an experienced HR professional with a focus on talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior HR Specialist at Zürcher Kantonalbank since February 2020, Michael is responsible for various aspects of talent management. Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Manager at ELCA Informatique SA, Michael managed the complete applicant process, conducted interviews, and led recruitment strategies for mid-level positions while also overseeing campus recruitment. Michael's earlier roles included consulting at The Adecco Group and resource consulting at Harvey Nash, where responsibilities included managing key accounts and recruiting candidates both locally and internationally.
