Roosa Melkko is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and design strategy across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Designer at Zure Ltd since March 2023, Roosa oversees end-to-end design in customer projects. Previously, as Design Lead at Sitedrive, Roosa enhanced the UX of multiple digital products through strategic mapping and UI design. At Elisa, Roosa held dual roles as Lead Designer and Senior Design Researcher, focusing on elevating design maturity and conducting in-depth user research to inform organizational practices. Other notable positions include Service Designer and Lean-Agile Consultant at Nitor, with a strong emphasis on user research and service design methodologies. Roosa's academic credentials include a Doctor of Science in Technology, alongside a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from Aalto University, where research centered on design games and collaborative knowledge creation.
