Puneet Bhardwaj is a seasoned executive in data strategy and analytics, currently serving as the Group Chief Data Officer at Zurich Insurance since December 2022, where responsibilities include data governance, architecture, and strategy. Prior to this role, Puneet held the position of SVP-Global Head of Digital Analytics at Chubb, leading innovative digital solutions through a global team of data scientists and engineers. Additional experience includes serving as SVP & Head of Analytics at Hamilton, where Puneet developed core data analytics capabilities, and Sr. Director & Head of Data and Analytics Strategy at AXA Equitable, establishing Big Data Analytics initiatives. Early career roles were with MetLife as Program Manager and Tata Group as Sr. Software Engineer. Puneet holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Goa Institute of Management and a BE in Chemical Engineering from Panjab University.
