Prior to this role, Zwillinger served as a partner at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP from January 2003 to March 2010 and at Kirkland & Ellis from September 2000 to January 2003. Zwillinger began a legal career as a trial attorney at the DOJ Computer Crime & Intellectual Property Section from July 1997 to August 2000, following a summer associate position at Mayer Brown in 1993. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tufts University.
