Hemant Gupta

Hemant Gupta has a diverse work experience in the field of business development and licensing. Hemant started their career at Sentiss Pharma, where they served as a Senior Executive in business development and licensing for the European, Russian, and CIS markets. Hemant'sresponsibilities included addressing portfolio gaps, identifying new therapeutic areas, and managing the development pipeline for timely product launches. Hemant then joined LG Life Sciences as a Manager in business development and licensing for India and SAARC countries. After that, they worked at Evertogen Life Sciences as a Senior Manager, focusing on business development and licensing for the US, Canada, and Europe. Hemant then moved on to HETERO LABS LIMITED, where they held the position of Senior Manager in business development and licensing for Europe and Australia. Currently, they are serving as the Lead Business Development - New Markets (China, Middle East, and others) at Zydus Group.

Hemant Gupta has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Pharmaceutical Management from Jamia Hamdard, which they completed from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Homeopathy (BHMS) degree from SHMC, studying there from 2000 to 2007. In 2016, Hemant Gupta also completed a Management Development Programme in Effective Contract Management and Dispute Resolution from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. Hemant also holds an additional certification in Contract Management from IIM-Lucknow.
