Barbara Schaeffler

Barbara Schaeffler is an accomplished professional in clinical development operations with significant leadership experience across various biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Clinical Development Operations at Zymeworks Inc. since January 2024, Barbara previously held the position of Vice President of Clinical Operations at Syndax Pharmaceuticals from September 2022 to November 2023. Prior experience includes consulting through Schaeffler Clinical Consulting, LLC, and serving as Vice President of Clinical Operations at Lundbeck from 2016 to May 2020, during which Lundbeck acquired Alder BioPharmaceuticals.
