Charles Chen

Charles Chen has a strong background in clinical pharmacology and translational sciences. Charles is currently serving as the Senior Director of Clinical Pharmacology and Translational Sciences at Zymeworks Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Travere Therapeutics as a Consultant in Clinical Pharmacology and later became the Senior Director and Head of Clinical Pharmacology. Charles also held positions at Genentech as a Senior Scientist and Scientist in Clinical Pharmacology, as well as at Pfizer as a Manager in Clinical Pharmacology. Charles began their career as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the State University of New York at Buffalo - School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.

From 2012 to 2018, Charles Chen attended the University at Buffalo where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in the Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics.
