Adam Wiebe

Adam Wiebe has extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance and project management. Adam joined Zywave in 2011 and held various positions within the company. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst, responsible for testing development upgrades, changes, enhancements, and new products. In this role, Adam designed, wrote, and executed integration, regression, and system tests, and tracked and escalated incomplete issues to closure.

From 2014 to 2015, Adam served as a Quality Assurance Analyst II, continuing their responsibilities in testing and ensuring software quality. In 2015, they were promoted to the position of Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, where they were additionally responsible for testing software roll-outs and creating test plans and scripts.

Finally, in 2016, Adam became a Senior QA Analyst - Team Lead at Zywave. In this role, they managed a team of QA Analysts and Engineers working on multiple teams and products. Adam performed various tasks such as conducting annual reviews, providing peer review feedback, setting goals, analyzing skills matrix, conducting interviews, making personnel decisions, and planning QA resources. Adam also worked towards evolving formal QA processes and ensuring adherence to Agile best practices. Additionally, they built and updated training programs for new QA hires.

Prior to joining Zywave, Adam worked at FIS as a Project Manager from 2009 to 2011. And in 2008, they served as a Business Analyst at West Bend Mutual Insurance.

Adam Wiebe attended the Lubar College of Business from 2007 to 2008, where they pursued a degree in Management Information Systems with a focus on MIS, Mathematics, and Economics. From 1999 to 2008, they also studied at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, earning a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General. In 2012, Adam obtained a certification in "Learn to Program: The Fundamentals" from the institution Coursera.
