Connie Johnston

Connie Johnston has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Connie started their career in 2008 as a Business Account Executive at Talk of the Town Communications, where they assisted both consumers and businesses in the Racine County area with wireless communication services. In 2011, they worked as a Special Event Coordinator at the Waterford Area Chamber of Commerce, contributing to the start-up of the Waterford Hot Air Balloon Festival. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Business Account Executive at TDS Telecommunications Corp., where they helped companies leverage technology to improve customer communication. In 2014, they joined Zywave and held multiple roles, including Account Executive, Team Lead, Sales Manager, Regional Manager, Regional Director, and most recently, Regional Vice President. At Zywave, Connie achieved significant accomplishments such as breaking regional revenue records, improving retention rates, and increasing productivity per rep. Additionally, in 2015, Connie became the President and Co-owner of Galleria West Tanning, specializing in providing salon services.

Connie Johnston attended Catholic Central High School and obtained their High School Diploma in 2004. Connie then pursued a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside from 2008 to 2012. Later, they specialized in Organizational Leadership in the field of study of Sector Management from 2012 to 2014.
