Ryan Koss began their work experience in 2001 as a Senior Software Engineer at Acme Packet. Ryan then worked their way up to become a Principal Software Engineer and later a Consulting Engineer before eventually becoming a Director of Software Engineering in 2011. During their time at Acme Packet, Ryan played a key role in promoting and driving the success of the DSC product, and also worked as an evangelist and educator for customers interested in the DSC and SR products. In 2013, Ryan joined Oracle (formerly Acme Packet) as a Senior Director of Software Engineering, where they were responsible for determining the strategic direction and roadmap for the SBC Edge family products. Ryan also led a cross-organization initiative to deliver a Linux-based, multi-platform, 64-bit version of the SBC product. In 2015, Ryan joined 128 Technology as the Director of Software Engineering.
Ryan Koss attended the University of New Hampshire from 1994 to 1999, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
