Maxim Y. started their work experience in 2014 as a UX/UI Designer, working as a freelancer. Maxim then joined STEP IT Academy in 2016, where they gathered and evaluated user requirements, designed graphic user interface elements, and developed UI mockups and prototypes. In 2018, Maxim worked as a UX/UI Designer at IT4Medicine, where they continued their design work until 2019. Currently, they are the Head of Design at 1+1 media since August 2019.
