1st Formations
James Dobran has a diverse work experience, starting with their position as a Formations Executive at 1st Formations in March 2019, which lasted until July 2019. James then became a Team Supervisor at 1st Formations from July 2019 to March 2021, followed by their role as an Assistant Manager of the Sales & Support Team from March 2021 to April 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Sales and Support at 1st Formations starting from April 2023. Prior to joining 1st Formations, they worked as a Compliance Intern at UniCredit from June 2018 to September 2018.
James Dobran completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Southampton in the years 2014 to 2017. Currently, they are pursuing their CMI Level 5 Management and Leadership at Sussex Business School Ltd. from 2021 to 2023.
