Renee started their career as a Tax Accountant at Kruggel Lawton & Co., LLC in 2000, before transitioning to 1st Source Bank in 2006. At 1st Source Bank, they held the role of Vice President/Trust Controller and Trust Operations Manager, where they managed a team of 9 members in the operations area and oversaw various trust accounts. Renee retired in September 2019 after serving in this role for over 8 years.

Renee Hayes, CPA, CTFA, CSOP completed their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bethel College - Company in 1994.
