Sina Eißing has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Sina started their career at Philip Morris International in 2003, where they worked in the Human Resources department. In 2005, they joined Bain & Company as a Human Resources Coordinator, and over the course of their tenure, they took on increasingly senior roles, including Senior Human Resources Coordinator. Their responsibilities at Bain & Company included serving as a key contact for consultants in Munich and Frankfurt, handling staffing and optimizing employee utilization. In 2011, Sina Eißing joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Career Development Coordinator, responsible for performance evaluation meetings and ensuring consistent decision-making across multiple offices.
