Tomm Dukeman is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in network engineering and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Network Engineering & Telecom at [24]7.ai since 2017, Tomm oversees teams in the United States and India, focusing on automation and operational efficiency. Prior roles include Director of Network Architecture & Engineering at Five9 and Director of Cloud Operations at Blackhawk Network, where strategic oversight of network systems and infrastructure budgets was critical. With a foundational education comprising an MBA and a BS in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, Tomm also possesses multiple certifications, including CCNA, CDCDP, PMP, and is in the process of obtaining CISM.
