Jessica Bartlett has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jessica is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at 2degrees from June 2022 onwards. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Performance & Culture at Vocus from May 2021 to June 2022. Jessica also worked as the Head of People & Capability at Vodafone New Zealand from September 2019 to March 2020. In their previous roles at Vodafone New Zealand, they served as the Organization Effectiveness & Consulting Manager, Business Manager to CEO, and Human Resources Business Partner from July 2018 to February 2019, August 2015 to July 2018, and July 2013 to July 2015, respectively. Jessica was also a Human Resources Business Partner at Vodafone from May 2011 to July 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked at Vodafone New Zealand as the Human Resources Services Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, and Human Resources Advisor from May 2010 to May 2011, June 2008 to April 2010, and February 2007 to May 2008, respectively. Jessica started their career at Transport for London as an HR Change & Redeployment Manager from October 2005 to December 2006.
Jessica Bartlett obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from Massey University between 1999 and 2001.

2degrees is a full service telecommunications provider. We launched in 2009, significantly lowering the cost of mobile for Kiwis, but we've actually been around a little while longer. Back in the 90s a visionary group of Maori challenged the crown through the Treaty of Waitangi and won the rights to 3G spectrum. Despite financial and regulatory adversity a Maori Trust (Hautaki) was established with the challenge of launching New Zealand’s third mobile network. Since then, we’ve been busy. We have built a brand new mobile network, helping us to cover 98.5% of the places Kiwis live and work. In March 2015 we also acquired NZ's fourth largest ISP (Snap), and now offer internet services as well as mobile to Kiwis across the country. We all really believe in what we are trying to accomplish for our customers and New Zealand. We’ve even been lucky enough to be recognised for it along the way, with a number of awards for our customer service over the years.
