Russell Anderson

Russell Anderson is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in both corporate taxation and tax compliance. Since November 2018, Russell has held various positions at 2U, including Vice President of Tax, Senior Director of Tax, and Director of Taxation, where responsibilities include leading the tax function, ensuring compliance with global income tax filings, managing transfer pricing, and overseeing indirect tax filings for digital services. Prior to 2U, Russell served as Tax Director at PwC from January 2007 to October 2018, focusing on the review of corporate and partnership federal and state income tax returns and client service coordination. Russell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland, earned in 2006.
