Kathi Fath

Kathi Fath is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal and compliance sectors. Currently serving as an Arbitrator at FINRA since February 2020 and a Paralegal at 3D Systems Corporation since March 2021, Kathi previously worked as a Consultant at Carolina Legal Staffing from October 2019 to March 2021 and as Legal Services & HR Manager at Chanticleer Holdings, Inc. from July 2015 to February 2019, where responsibilities included managing corporate compliance and overseeing HR functions for over 40 entities. Additionally, Kathi held the position of Regulatory Compliance Manager at PokerTek from February 2005 to June 2015, acting as the primary contact for gaming counsel and regulatory agencies and managing licensure applications. Kathi holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Randolph College and a Paralegal Certificate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
