Nikola Kudus has held a variety of engineering roles since 2006. Nikola'scareer began at Systweak Inc. where they served as a Software Developer, working on the design and development of a C# network application. In 2006, they moved to Prozone as a Senior Software Developer and was the team and technical lead on the 'eAtchive' project. The following year, they joined Google as a Software Engineer, working in the internationalization team. From 2010 to 2019, Nikola worked at 3Lateral doo Novi Sad, first as the Director of Engineering and then as the Research and Development Lead. During this time, they developed software solutions for the improvement and automation of 3D CG production pipeline, with a focus on in-house, comprehensive, distributed character facial rigging and shapes modeling tool. In 2019, Nikola joined Epic Games as the Director of Engineering.
Nikola Kudus obtained a Master of Science degree in Applied Computer Science and Informatics from the Faculty of Technical Sciences at the University of Novi Sad between 2001 and 2007.
