Daniel Colls

Daniel Colls is an experienced Principal Embedded Software Engineer at 3M, where responsibilities include leading the deployment of products and engineering solutions for both local and global markets, as well as guiding cross-functional teams toward achieving project milestones. Prior to this role, Daniel served as Lead Software Engineer at Barfield Inc., focusing on firmware development and deployment of test equipment for the Aerospace industry. Additional experience includes positions as an Embedded Software Engineer at Silicon Labs and as an Application Engineer at Micrium Inc., where expertise was developed in low-level driver and protocol stacks for Embedded Real-Time Operating Systems. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Walla University.
