Dawn Isdale

Dawn Isdale has extensive experience in leadership roles at 3M from January 2013 to November 2023, serving as Director and Country Leader for South Africa while also managing regional channel development across the Middle East and Africa. Isdale held several key positions, including Regional Leader for the Industrial Safety Markets Center, Country Business Leader for the Consumer Business Group, and National Sales & Marketing Manager for the Personal Safety Division. Prior experience includes roles at Sappi, where Isdale managed public relations and marketing for the Fine Papers Division, as well as a focus on market analysis and product specification. Isdale holds a Master's of Commerce in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Johannesburg and a management development diploma from the Gordon Institute of Business Science.
