Susie Arons currently serves as President of 42West, a position held since 2019, and as a Chief Member at Chief since August 2021, an organization dedicated to empowering senior women leaders. Previously, Susie worked as Managing Director at Rubenstein Communications from May 2004 to 2019 and held the role of Vice President of Public Relations at Radio City Entertainment/Madison Square Garden from September 1998 to May 2004. Susie also served as VP of Entertainment PR at Radio City/MSG Entertainment during the same period. Susie Arons is an alumna of Michigan State University.

42West operates as an independently-owned public-relations and marketing services firm. 42West grew out of The Dart Group, which was launched by Leslee Dart in 2004. Amanda Lundberg teamed up with Dart a few months later. In 2006, after Allan Mayer joined the partnership, the company was rechristened 42West.
