Prior roles include significant contributions at Capital One, where Jacob played key roles in launching a multi-lender platform and enhancing user experience, alongside a successful military career as a Submarine Officer in the US Navy, where leadership of various engineering teams resulted in outstanding safety and operational achievements. Educationally, Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Davis.
